Location After inspecting the accident scene and questioning eyewitnesses, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the russian federation (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of a person through negligence). It carries a penalty of up to five years in prison. |
