Making sure it’s only in an image is actually an ingenious workaround to solve the issue while keeping the information accessible to those who are here organically not from a search result for a specific incident / person.

P.S. Though i would want to see something official on its allowance rather than risk a ban on it. Plus at some point google might start OCRing and indexing under image text.
