Here's all the photos the photographer took in sequence. He was reaching to take the mace. He got slapped. He reached for his gun before the mace can even went off. To all you clowns saying it was justified and "stand your ground" applies. Place your bets now! I will bet your worthless fucking lives the shooter does not walk, and goes down for MURDER.

He should. But I wouldn't bet on it. 12 jurors will decide, just 12 "regular people". And all 12 must vote guilty. If just 1 juror is sympathetic to blm or antifa, or is just a leftist. They might never vote guilty. But he is, guilty. And he will likely be found guilty. If he isn't, it would be a miscarriage of justice. But look at OJ. He got off and everyone knew he did it. I mean the guy was about to commit suicide when he knew he was getting arrested. And what got him off? The race card. |

We give police alot of leeway for obvious reasons. And if this shooter was a cop, he would be going to prison. Even if the victim was under arrest, the cop would still be charged. In this case the shooter could have just walked away. Actually in this case the shooter could have just actually stood his ground, and no physical activity would have happened. As I said previously, you can't instigate a reaction, and then use the reaction for stand your ground defense. You can't walk up to someone and spit on them, and when they slap you, shoot them, and call it self defense. You even in stand your ground, are obligated to de-escalate. And take no action that would cause a reasonable person to react physically or defensive. It's common sense really. And the same people saying Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't defending himself, are calling this self defense. While Rittenhouse was running away from a fight, tried his best to get away from the people attacking him. You can see he's terrified. And this guy was taunting, begging, for someone to do something to him so he could shoot them. He even says that. And walked towards his victim, tried to take away his mace, and then fires his gun on a older man that clearly isn't a threat nor is he afraid of. And that's self defense? And call him racist with no evidence that proves that. It just shows their opinion is jaded. |

I don't see what you're talking about. The video shows almost nothing about the interaction between the victim and the shooter. And the photo sequence starts at the point where dude is throwing a slap. I haven't seen anything showing what lead up to that. |
