I wonder what the full story is. If I had to guess, this was probably some king of drug related retaliation. I don't agree with the comments about how a lack of situational awareness basically killed this dude, everything seemed mellow until the last second when the guy squared up and took his shot.

I didn't read the info about what happened, but let me make an ignorant comment about my own two sense about the situation, which was clearly stated in the description of what happened.
