He got into a car that sped away at a high rate of speed. If he was just “exercising his 2nd amendment rights” then he could have simply stated that it’s his weapon and has a permit to carry it on his person. He ran which made him look guilty of something and was carrying a weapon. That seems like enough to warrant some interaction with law enforcement. We all saw what happened after he jumped the fence. Justified shooting.

Well... the second amendment does not specify that you have to exercise it at rest or at a certain speed limit!

It's impossible to fix stupid, it's easier for the intellectually impaired to follow policies, orders or rules of engagement than to use common sense and make their own decisions outside the box.

Only shoot it out if you have a rifle. Defeats soft armor and you have a advantage until the next rifle arrives on-site. Anything else is suicide

Fuck LA. I know they were doing their job. This was bullshit though. He didn’t appear to be robbing anybody. He wasn’t hurting anyone. He was exercising his 2nd amendment rights and he died for it.
This is all assuming he’s a legal citizen of the US. If not, he’s not covered by the constitution and he got what he deserved.

Correct me if there’s more to the story.

Based on this story, the only reason they went after him was because they thought he was in possession of a gun. What happened to the 2nd amendment?
