These cops are smart. They assume this person has a gun. So they are not going to commit to a wrestling match knowing if the person manages to get their gun, or takes a gun off a cop. Nevermind the complaint, nevermind the video evidence, nevermind the threat of imminent danger, nevermind the cops duty to deal with dumb fucks that will do anything to avoid meeting the consequences of their thuggish behavior.
