You need to shut the fuck up. There is no way a pitbull has a "locking jaw". Your ignorance is outstanding and the adults are trying to have a conversation. Take your MSM talking points and GTFO. |

Roommate yourself with a garden shed. The breed has an incredibly strong bite-force and can stay on you for a while. Again as I stated previously (If you had taken the time to read the thread before posting cancer.) its not LOCKING literally on to you, but keeping a tight grip.

Re: USA - Elderly Man Killed By Pitbulls
You're right, all dogs have characteristics. Pitties love to chase and be part of a pack. They have a strong prey drive. She will chase a thrown tennis ball until she can't move and will tear all the skin off her feet. Your pittie has to be part of the family, it has to be part of the pack and it has to know it's the runt of the pack as well. It's never the boss. We have a small farm and my pit roams around the rabbits, chickens and other animals and will not bother them. If you buy two or more pits, chain them up in the yard - you are not the owner, you are not the leader. One of those pits is the leader and when it makes a decision all others in that pack will follow. I would bet the majority of pits are owned by shit individuals and this is the obvious result. |

So? Bigger dogs have a harder bite, but of the medium to large dogs pound for pound the pitbull is not even middle of the pack. How many pitbulls have you owned? |

I love dogs. I have a Chocolate Lab. That being said, all Pitbulls should be put down. |

Re: USA - Elderly Man Killed By Pitbulls
I’m a dog person, I’m a dog owner, I work with dogs for a living so I may be biased. ALL dogs can be bad, it really does depend on genetics and environment. In the uk pit bulls are banned although we still see them around especially after they’ve made the news but take staffys for example, most Staffordshire bull terriers you meet are poorly bred, reactionary and often live with little to no physical or mental enrichment. These dogs snap at the slightest thing and the results are awful. But I also show dogs and have had the pleasure of meeting many show Staffordshire bull terriers and tbh you wouldn’t believe it’s the same breed. They are relaxed, soft, sweet and content. Truly happy. Happy for filled dogs don’t attack. I feel bad for the dogs because they’ve been let down. But I also believe if a dog is attacking someone you should do whatever you need to unless it’s the dogs owner who’s been abusing or neglecting the dog. Then leave them to it. |
