Funny, I've personally witnessed a man get struck by a fast car and rendered unconscious, only to wake up 30 seconds later to hobble over and attack the driver. Granted, the dude was on drugs, but then again, apparently so was this guy.

The driver of the car saw nothing?!?! He either wasn’t paying attention or he wasn’t paying attention. He or she should have easily seen that commotion well before running over that guy. I’m not taking the police’s or the perps side but that car’s driver definitely should have seen that well before running him over. |
