I agree the cop was an idiot but just imagine if the idiot didn't run from the cops in the first place.

Imagine if the cop was the miscarriage that his mother shat on the asphalt, in the middle of the highway, when she found out that his absentee father ran away with the crackhead prostitute who gave them all AIDS.

"Imagine if the dinosaurs ducked when the asteroid hit naked ass in the golf of Mexico."

Cop got a bonus in Got pay vacation and wasn't found guilty as you could tell the alleged suspect was Caucasian so of course no one didn't really care. The family is sueing the police department too.
I swear to god-What? I have no idea what your saying

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway

America's pathological obsession with the "law" constitutes a form of mental illness, and it needs to be eliminated.

Laws should exist to serve the needs of the people—not the other way around.

But because law-enforcement types, displaying a wide gamut of psychopathic tendencies, have an unhealthy fascination with "the law" as an abstraction, and as a thing to be worshipped, instead of a tool in the hands of the people.

Bottom line:

If police can't pull you over for your expired library card, or overdue items, they shouldn't be able to pull you over for an expired registration, either—unless you have warrants, maybe.
Lol. This guy is serious. Legit though it was a troll. Get well soon bud

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway

Yes, I am very serious; and I assure you, I am not a fucking troll, WTF?!

The powers that be got you brainwashed, bud.

You wouldn't know true democracy if it bit you in the ass with a gaping pitchfork.

America is a police state—and you've become acclimatized to it, and now you don't know the difference, that"s all. No different than a frog boiling in hot water.

In truly civilized countries, traffic police is separate from other law enforcement branches, and they strictly deal with the imposition of fines having to do with specific traffic violations alone—nothing else—no searching of vehicles, no arrests, no chases, no Tasers, no interrogations, no deaths, no killing of drivers or pedestrians.

When a true crime is committed, then let detectives who specialize in non—traffic related crimes investigate (from a separate branch of law enforcement), and let those cases lead to warrants; then, non-traffic police will make the requisite arrests, as necessary, etc.

Bottom line: For the killings and murders at the hands of criminal police, then traffic enforcement needs to be completely separate, and these kinds of incidents, most likely, would never happen.

I may be an asshole, but sure as hell I'm entitled to my opinion, right?

Or am I too much to the left now? (Kidding.)

I’m about as libertarian as they come without being full-on anarchist, but you’re just talking nonsense.

What this future roadkill was stopped for was expired plates. He was being arrested for lying about his identity. He was tased for running and evading arrest. He was run over because he ran into a major highway in the middle of the night in the process of evading a lawful arrest.

He did this to himself. He wasn’t executed for having expired tags. He started with a very minor infraction and escalated it to the point that he placed himself into a potentially deadly chase- and it ended up deading him so bad that he died from it.

If you’re going to operate a vehicle on the public’s roads, then there are basic rules you need to follow. If you break one of those rules, you have to expect to be questioned by a cop.

Once the lying and running started, the cop had good reason to believe that something much more serious than the expired tag was going on, and it was his job to get to the bottom of it- meaning that the cop needed to detain him and figure out if he hurt or was about to hurt someone.

As it turned out, when they searched the dipshit’s car the next morning, they did find drugs and guns.

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway

I do appreciate your thoughts and measured response.

However, I must disagree with your premise that traffic police ought to have any right to interact with the public—beyond issuing traffic citations alone.

Traffic cops should not be allowed to act as detectives—for they are not.

I don't care one iota if he had guns in the car or not. If no crime has been committed, the police should have no mandate to even talk to a driver—they should only be allowed to give a traffic ticket, if a traffic law has been broken—nothing more.

Anything else is grossly unconstiturional.

All police stops, outside of strictly the issuance of traffic citations—are unconstitutional.
Respectfully, but you are not a libertarian, Sir, if you buy into their fascist propaganda.

I was not aware of guns being present in the car, but that remains irrelevant, because the pig did not know about the purported weapons, and he murdered him anyway. Did the driver have a permit? You did not elaborate.

I wrote very clearly, as to why the cop is guilty of murder, and I am saddened that you do not understand my reasoning.
