Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway
There is a rule UPS started. It's the 80 - 20 rule. 80% of your problems is from from the 20% that should not be employed there. Also there is only 2 disciplinary measures. Behavioural or educational. If it is behavioural you find a way to fire him. If it is educational. Be patient and help him learn. Cops in certain areas that has a POS chief are a bunch of wanna bee thugs. It could be in a suburb in Chicago or a rural area in Kansas. They got the gun, the badge, the sirens. Now they want to flex. It's imbecile juvenile behaviour. Of course they are going to stick up for each other and hide shit they know they can get away with. This cop is so retarded. On a highway he tazed someone in the HIGHWAY at pitch dark. Wow... Then he hand cuffs after death... Well done retard. I think you need to ban unions in these police departments! If you get unwarranted behaviour complaints from the public your job is on the line. Example. I drive a really nice BMW X2. I left Buffalo Wild wings at 10 pm. I left the parking lot and turned right. Immediately I get pulled over (300 feet from turning right) Cop asks for license & insurance because I did not have my head lights on. The dude is 25 with all tattoos. He comes back to my car as Im calling Progressive insurance to email me. The cop beams a light directly into my face. I had to ask him politely to stop beaming the light directly into my face. So he removes the light to my cellphone. I gave him the email from progressive. He walked away. He was such a damn punk! He was trying to get a DUI. But he had no evidence. Fucking Asshole. |

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway
Do you really expect an American cop to think rationally and with logic? They hire people with low I.Q. for the specific purpose of having obedient dumbasses under their command, they'll follow orders without thinking, you can't have intelligent people being fed a police code of conduct and operations or any twisted "standard policy" code and expect them to obey it without rational judgement. They are taught to tase a running suspect, so in the "mind" of the dumbass cop it's all that was being processed at the time, his sub par intellectual capability prevented him to consider if the place where the guy was going in mattered. Was he about to jump over a boiling water cauldron? Was he about to jump from the top of one building to another? Was he going to jump from the roof of a house to the backyard lawn? Was he about to cross a busy street or highway? In every one of these instances the directive to "Tase a running suspect" should be cancelled due to the circumstances surrounding the event, but the mind of the cop is only fixated on the directive and no further data processing is going on inside his handicapped brain. |

Not a medical professional here. But, even I know you don't do CPR on a bed or similar things. All thst was doing was pushing down the pad.
