Must have done something really stupid, whether it was his case or something he did in prison. I did 8 years in Missouri and it took a lot before people resorted to that level of violence.

Yes. This is what people are supposed to be outraged at! Because if it can happen to him, then you better believe it can also happen to YOU if you happen to get locked up for something you didn’t do. And I love that you are aware that maintaining these institutions comes from your tax dollars. I, also, would want them run very well and to be centers of rehabilitation. But if I’m not mistaken, many US prisons are privatized? |
