Some politicians are quick to label things terrorism without knowing facts and judging solely based on things like flags, appearances etc. That's not how you determine terrorism, the motive is required. We'll get there soon no doubt

The piece of s*** drove around the barriers and intentionally started rounding people and open fire and on local law enforcement he's dead probably another Islamic Muslim or it could be a extremeness Trump supporter. But this fits mostly Islamic terrorists after all one of them already did it German on in the Christmas market which I believe was covered on this site too
