Damn I love my state. One day it's a little old grandma getting head stomped in Minneapolis and the next day (or hour) it's a woman being decapitated 20 minutes away in Shakopee.

~ An arrest has been made after a woman was found beheaded on a Shakopee sidewalk Wednesday afternoon. ~ A 55-year-old woman, identified as M. T. , was found on the sidewalk near the intersection and (obviously) pronounced dead at the scene. Police later confirmed that the woman was beheaded in the incident. (Duh!) Police say they quickly arrested a 42-year-old Shakopee man on suspicion of second-degree murder. (Second Degree, usually means it was not premeditated......?) According to police, the suspect and victim have had a long-term relationship that police are familiar with; the incident is not believed to be a random act. ~ BTW the town of Tehachapi comes to mind somehow, Sister Cities maybe. ~ I can see him telling her to shut up or he will shut her up, before performing the grizzly task. |

I want to know more about the lady who recorded him dumping the body....I just want to ask one thing, Did you call the cops already or were you too busy recording? because I probably would have recorded it too but only if my husband was on the phone with police.
