Some DRs are calling this suicide by cop because his actions were so irrational.

I think the reason he was so irrational is because he was blitzed out of his gourd from the pot he was smoking. Consider the effects of pot on paranoia and judgement. Lets see, this dude was stopped because he forgot to put on his seat belt. The cop also discovers that he also forgot to bring along his drivers license.

This dude was stopped and approached by a cop, but never took his truck out of gear. Seriously, who does that? This means he was either planning a flight opportunity at the onset, or he just plumb forgot to put the vehicle in park. After the cop talked with him, the dude forgot his flight option and went right to an attempt to pull a gun from his purple purse and plug the cop in the face like so many Hollyweird movies, forgetting that a cop shootout in real life is not the same as in the movies. Finally, he forgot that his truck was in gear when he decided to take his foot off the brake and step out of the vehicle to shoot the fleeing cop.

DUI, its a such a harmless thing with "weed."

nobody has said whites don't get killed by police. The difference is usually when a white person gets shot and killed by police, its justified because the suspect pulls a weapon.
