Propaganda or not people are dumb as fuck, in war you will have civilian casualties... armies are not out in the middle of a field somewhere fighting, wars are amongst civilian populations and as such will obviously have casualties. Not to mention a big tactic of terrorists is using civilian populations to hide in to avoid being blown up. |
