No, because those were probably old pics of Syrian army atrocities....or HAMAS or Hezbollah (or ISIS) maintaining 'discipline' in areas under their control. The U.S. is likely to try more successfully to avoid civilian casualties.

All religions are shit but if you really want to understand the situation you have to ask yourself; why a 1500 year old religion turned super violent in last 40 years, why the mystic lands of middle east, which was a favorite vacation destination for everyone turned into a combat zone after 1980`s, do you really think this is the doings of the people who suffer there?
