Punishment should fit the crime. If he truly did steal from an old woman then he deserved to be punished, but I doubt what he did warranted that level of beating, Considering his age.

America is horrible in its own way BUT people from other countries are barbaric and animalistic. It doesn't matter who he stole from, their crime of beating him like that far surpasses his crime. |
