Prop up the phone, and go in and help. Standing there does nothing. Those precious seconds that you could have helped, could have saved another person, or at the very least, made the ones that survived injuries be less severe.

Standing there keeps YOU from being burned. Also there were more than enough people running around doing whatever they could, and that was very little once the one guy was dragged out of the car.

Gotta give them props for trying to rescue everyone from the fire. Usually they're just walking by and looking but still walking. These people actually sacrificed their safety to rescue the people
