Exactly. In any other setting you could actually make an argument for intervention, but they’re inside of a tin box with that monster. Much love to the guy at the end that did actually spring into action and atleast sit with her, although at that point she was probably already gone.

Something about this one is horrible, when things like this happen you can imagine commotion, compassion or maybe even an unlikely hero. None of that was present here, just a confused young woman with seemingly her whole life ahead of her bleeding out on the hard floor of a silent train carriage trying to piece together her final moments. Eerie, and absolutely heartbreaking.

Oddest thing to me is the reaction. She looks scared and confused, she has no idea why this guy seemingly just hit her. Then it sets in what happened, she slumps onto the floor and that's it.

People around her had no idea what was going on initially, shortly after people go to help, but too late.

Major shame that a guy with his history was even in a position to do this . I hope he dies in pain.

As an Aussie watching that video there are two appalling acts. One is the murder and secondly the attitude and the sheer lack of action by those in the vicinity.

I cannot believe those close to assist chose not to on race lines. Was it indifference ?....was it fear ?.....or just not knowing ?

I'd like to think it was "not knowing".

What I find disgusting is that many of the major US networks and newspapers are not broadcasting and publishing this event.
