Yea I see it now, regardless I don’t take the info in these videos as fact. Wars are fought with Pysops. It could be the Ukrainian Soldiers dressed up a Russian in their uniform and are trying to incite outrage. Or it could be the Russians did do this. Or it could be Ukrainians doing it to each other and they decided to frame it on the Russians. We can’t know unless there’s some way to identify the soldier in the video. If he even is a soldier.

But I do find it weird that they are both wearing the same exact camo uniform.
And they have Nike shoes on too. Which is also weird.

Both sides in this war are under equipped, and it would not be unusual at all to wear captured/stolen gear when it is more comfortable, especially footwear.

There was an investigative thread on Reddit where they identified the cutter by his hat/band and tattoos. They know his name and address. He’s verified fighting for Russia.
