Horrific. There is no justification for brutality like this to a POW. Interestingly, a lot of serial killers served in the military. It seems to attract psychopaths who like to torture and maim people under the disguise of war. Richard Ramirez was taught how to be a sicko by his uncle who used to torture innocent women in sadistic ways during the Vietnam war. He would tie them to trees and slice them in half. Other soldiers knew but turned a blind eye. These Russians are just as bad as the American soldiers who throw candy off the side of their Stryker and run over little kids and laugh at it. War attracts psychopaths who are eager to torture those who don’t have any power over them. Notice these Russian scum bags had to tie this man up and render him unconscious before mutilating him? They are cowards deep down, like all psychopaths. I tie him and let him have a fair fight, then see who wins.
