When are the 'elite' going to realise that when it comes to obliterating 'self' to conform to a 'group' mentality (military), strict physical and mental pressure has consequences. 'Mental Health' needs to be in the 'forefront' of any individual. Along with the grueling excercise, spiritual and mental exercises should be prioritised. |

Of course its easier shooting a friendly than a non friendly, its like fighting a dummy and thinking you're training to fight a real person.
