From what I could understand, she was saying what you would expect her to say. She was asking for her and that she couldn't hold on. At the end, she mentions that she's been holding on for three minutes already and the girl on the phone kept yelling at her to "Hold on!!".

This is so unfortunate, but there is pretty nothing that small child could have done besides letting the idiot in the window kill herself. The girl could have fell to her death as well if the woman actually grabbed onto her tight. Thank goodness she didn't and only killed herself!

At the angle she was at, I'm not even sure if I could have been much help without dislocating her arm.
