When I was training for BUD/S back in the day and ripped a part of my diaphragm and my trachea.. I had subcutaneous emphysema and had crackling noises in neck and lungs from the air leaking through.. This reminded me of that seeing her neck.. I didn't have the big gaping hack, but still scary experiencing that crazy ass shit  |
