He was lying in the landing near the "Surface" cafe. The police arrived at the scene. The call to the "102" line was received around 11:20. This was reported by the Informant with reference to his own sources. According to law enforcement officers, there are no signs of violent death on the body. All circumstances are established.

Dnieper (river), Dnipro (city), Dnipropetrovsk (city and oblast, which is similar to a province or county); all sound like they start with the "n" sound with a HINT of the D...
