The lady looked in the direction of the oncoming car and still she decided to cross, she was unable to judge the speed and the time she had for crossing safely to the opposite side of the road!  Strange... unless: There was this lady in a video I watched years ago, she had a visual cortex impairment, her brain was unable to detect fluid movement she saw everything like a slide show, such was the nature of her impairment that she had to place her fingertip into a cup when she was pouring her coffee so as to not fully fill her cup and spill the beverage inadvertently. |

~ Sometimes when I look at these kind of videos, it sure looks like the crosswalkers are targeting the vehicles, & not the other way around. Since they slow down their crossing speed as the vehicle approaches, instead of hurrying, just like how animals do it. Accidental Suicide.   |
