When King was still working with them on the film, they had put a watermelon as a prop head and he absolutely loved it because it EXPLODED. The studio came back and said it was "too violent", "unrealistic", and "gruesome" and he told them to go fuck themselves and had nothing more to do with the film. Having seen many videos on here of the exact same thing happening, it would not have been "unrealistic". |

It's impossible not to laugh and see the tragedy of something like this. Oh, I suppose if you were on one of those old "Make Me Laugh" TV game shows and you had to try NOT to laugh for the big prize money win, you could do it... until the guy gets run over a second time.
