How much Shorted load will it take before the transformer fuse blows in cases like that? over here, once, our power was cut off when a chicken perched on the wire and got zapped. gut from the power company says the break away fuse will need to be re connected.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there using outdated, unsafe power-plants built in the 1950's to run electricity directly out to the city. I doubt the word "safety" is even in their dictionary let-alone "breakers" or "fuses"

This is very similar to another one from China. Except in that one you get to see everything from first contact to "well done". It's on here somewhere
