Two Workers Cooked After Scaffold Hits Live Wire
Dominican Republic. Two Haitian brothers doing a painting job were electrocuted and died on the spot when their scaffold came into contact with a live wire.

In the second video a guy is rolling away from the scaffold, then gets up and trots. Maybe he recovered from a shock and it took some time to regain use of his legs. Or he figured electricity is like overhead machine gun fire or helicopter blades and you gotta stay low. When the victims break out in self perpetuating grease fires, you know it's all over. for them.. |
