Re: Two Women Mowed Down by Bus
The woman (J.D.C.) died and the minor daughter is in the Hospital with minor injuries. Two others got injured also. Colombia. A drunk trucker (L.V.C) hit the bus so the bus ran them over. Trucker was arrested. The truck driver had unloaded potatos he brought from Boyacá. While he waited, he drank several beers and then undertook the journey with the fatal outcome. |

Re: Two Women Mowed Down by Bus
That was awful! Just plodding along on your day off from work or at the end of the day, and WHACK.... you're DEAD!!! I suppose this is all a part of 'Living.' 'Death' - this is a big part of humanity. It's the very 'cycle of life' on earth, and we all should be more accepting of it. We will... ALL ONE DAY EXPERIENCE THIS. (Hopefully, in our beds, fast asleep, at an old age, when we can still wipe our own 'bits') It is unfortunately hidden from our society and, it shouldn't be. If you look back in our history we used to embrace death, when it eventually came. In the 21st century, we seem to ostracize even the need to acknowledge death being a part of life. It's just not 'acceptable?' Everyone that has ever lived has eventually died. We will all die one day. Why do we make it a 'taboo' subject. It's not macabre or wrong to acknowledge. We shouldn't fear it. It's the very censorship that creates this |
