Two Women Dead, 4 Injured in Car Accident Outside Singapore Mall
Two female pedestrians were killed and several left injured after a car crashed onto a side road in Singapore this Sunday afternoon. Several eyewitnesses told that the car had crashed through a metal railing and landed on the side road next to the mall, hitting several people in the process.  When contacted, the police said they were alerted at 4.58pm to an accident involving a car and six female pedestrians, aged between 29 and 43. Two pedestrians, aged 29 and 35, were unconscious when conveyed to Hospital where they later died from their injuries. Four pedestrians, aged 30 to 43, were conveyed conscious to another Hospital.  The 64-year-old male driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing death. Police investigations are ongoing. Six casualties were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, with four of them suffering serious injuries.  In response to queries, the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs said: "The Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs is checking the latest information about this tragic accident with our embassy, and all assistance will be provided to the victims." The mall is known to be popular with foreign workers, especially foreign domestic workers from the Philippines. Photos circulated online earlier in the day show a black car on a side road next to the mall, with at least two people lying nearby. A person was pinned under the vehicle. |

Dude that fence is made of mild steel and not some pot metal. It would have shattered if so. That dude hits the gas so hard it would have required a bollard to stop him. Even so, those pinoys will be squashed.
