I think you completely missed the point. The  Americans that went to Haiti had a false sense of the world because they were pacified by those who think crying rooms and safe spaces prepare kids for the real world. DUH! |

Just so I’m clear, do you think crying rooms and safe spaces on college campuses prepare young adults for the real world? Personally I think it gives them a false sense of the real world. A world in which people are killed and maimed for no other reason than where they were born or that they accidentally cut someone off in traffic or for the $3 in cash in their pocket. I’m not suggesting that crying rooms and safe spaces are directly responsible, it’s the mentality behind them. The idea that the world is a gentle, caring fairy tale existence that cares about pronouns and micro aggressions. Then they show up on videos in the Congo begging not to be executed, or in Haiti beaten burned and murdered. The 20something Americans should not travel outside the country because they have no clue what the real world is like. Like the stupid ones who left to join ISIS only to be beheaded for being American or made to be sex slaves. Yes, those are true stories.

What will happen to Haiti is what always happens to situations of total anarchy: The meanest most violent take over The smartest leave Those left over will form vigilante groups when they've had enough There will be a civil war Lots of people will die Whoever is left standing, will try and rebuild some level of civilization Liberia is a perfect example |
