PITY MORE COUNTRIES DO NOT ADOPT THE SAME PUNISHMENTS, WE COULD PROBABLY SEE A DRASTIC DROP IN CRIME ETC, IF THERE IS NO DETERANT THEN EXPECT THE WORST, I THINK ALL THIEVES RAPISTS AND NCHILD MOLESTERS SHOULD BE GIVEN THE SAME TREATMENT, AND MAKE THE STREETS A BIT SAFER FOR EVERYONE!
The only problem is that you could easily be set up for a crime you didn't commit and die just the same.
