Vietnam. Around 9:00 p.m. yesterday, V.D.T. (18) was driving a motorbike without a license plate carrying two people, teenager N.B.D.A. and another teenager T.V.L. when they collided with another motorbike driven by a younger teenager, V.K.C. traveling in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused 4 young men to be thrown far away, both bikes were damaged. Among them, V.DT. died at the scene. V.K.C. died at the District Medical Center. N.B.D.A. and T.V.L. were both seriously injured.

According to a camera recorded by a resident near the scene, before the collision, the motorbike driven by V.D.T. was traveling at high speed, causing it to lose control and encroach on the lane of oncoming traffic.

The two deceased victims both lived in the area. V.DT. had just had his military service deferred due to a serious illness. V.K.C. was in his final year of secondary school and was not old enough to ride a motorbike.
