~ As one can see, the usual direction of driving is done on the other side of the road there, South Asia. ~ Also the scooter was obviously trying to pass another vehicle & failed. ~ The driver of the scooter overestimated the scooter's ability to power speed-up during an overtake, since it is not a motorcycle.   |
