Two Men Hanging from a Tree
Today in the town of Mahmoud Raki, Afghan province of Kapisa, unknown persons shot and killed the director of the Department of Investigation. A few hours later, the security forces managed to find the alleged killers and eliminate them. The bodies of two men were hanged by law enforcement officers on a tree. Witnesses report. I think dude hanging is still alive. That guy walking by didn't touch him. Might have been a reflex but he definitely shuddered there.
