Probably died upon impact. If it was violent enough to remove an arm, just think what it would do to major arteries and veins...

That looked like a pain in the ass for those guys. I'm an industrial electrician and it's scary working next to big power like that. Especially over top of it. |

I'd say just leave him there. He wanted to die. He's dead. Too much hard work to get him down. Let him stay there as a warning to others who choose to mess up the scenery!  |
