Two Men on a Bike Chase and Fatally Shoot Guy on a Stolen Bicycle
A Brazilian thief who stole a bicycle minutes before in front of a commercial establishment and riding fast with the stolen bicycle down the road was caught up by two men who were following him on a motorcycle. The motorcycle passenger points his gun and shoots, at which point the man falls to the asphalt. The shooter grabs the bicycle and fires more shots at him before he and the motorcycle flees the scene. The Department of Homicide and Protection of the Civil Police, was called to attend to a case of homicide and that upon arriving at the scene, they found the man already dead, injured by gunshots. A procedure has been initiated to investigate the circumstances of the case. |

While I hate thieves, not sure the punishment matches the crime.. Then again, what else to expect in Brazil? |
