Two Killed and Two Injured when Hitmen Shooting at Them in an Alley

Ecuador, Hitmen arrived in a lead-colored van and discharged more than 50 shots against a group of people who were drinking alcoholic beverages in an alley.

In this "rain of bullets" they wounded four people, two men and two women, then they escaped from the area in an unknown direction.

The neighbors say that everything happened in a matter of seconds, that nobody could do anything to prevent the attack and that those who were there ran for their lives to avoid being hit by the bullets.

Regarding this case, the head of the National Police who arrived at the scene, confirmed that the Criminalistics agents raised 50 bullet points.

Of that evidence there were at least 35 casings from long weapons, presumably rifle-type. Another 15 indications were of 9 mm caliber, that is, pistols.

The injured were identified as J. J. C. M. (29), A. Y. R. M. (22) and another woman, V. L. V. O. (31), who was in critical condition, struggling between life and death.

But the next day, after 3:00 p.m., her death was reported.

She leaves a six-month-old baby in the orphanage. It was learned that her partner was at the place where the shooting occurred, but he was not serious injured.

A fourth wounded was P. I. C. M, who died upon arriving at a nursing home. His corpse was taken to the forensic center.

It was unofficially known that the attack could have been directed at one of the women for refusing to give in to the requests of members of a criminal group that operates in the city.

It was also said that 'the target' would be a man, who was already threatened. However, this hypothesis has not been verified.

The reasons that led the hitmen to that place to attack those who were there are being investigated.
