Two Highway Maintenance Workers Killed When Coach Slammed Into Their Vehicle
Keraniganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh Two municipal road cleaners were killed and four others injured when a passenger coach slammed into their maintenance vehicle on the Dhaka-Mawa highway. The deceased were identified as Mohammad Mahfuz, 35, and Jamal Hossain, 36. At least two of the injured were in critical condition. Passengers on the coach alleged that the driver was using a mobile phone and driving recklessly at the time of the crash. The driver fled the scene on foot, with police seizing the coach as evidence. |
