If they're adults and that water isn't ice cold CPR won't do jack shit if they've been submerged more than 5 mins.

No. Most people don’t know, even in the ‘well educated’ countries. Such a simple thing to learn and do, more people should know. But then that step usually comes after actually caring about other people! People have to care about others before they will want to learn to help them. From what I see of the world, most people don’t care about anyone but themselves. |
