Re: Two Crushed Nurses
When interacting with large trucks, always use extra caution and be aware of your surroundings.

Re: Two Crushed Nurses
Severe shock. She cant see herself, so her brain is taking inventory, nothing from legs, trying to sit up or stand, and that is not working. I'm guessing that pain was overwhelming the brain too. Like on a scale of 1-10, 10 being really painful and the total of all the nerves is registering 50 or 100, the brain is probably like, 'well that can't possibly be correct' so what the hell? Plus it didn't look like she was bleeding out, so was her blood pressure really low? Some self preservation state? |

Re: Two Crushed Nurses
I'm guessing that the high pressure of the truck running over her essentially 'sealed off' the arteries below to a great degree. Mary Vincent was a similar case. She had both forearms cut off with a hatchet, was thrown down a hill, climbed back up, was found by passersby and lived. http://articles.latimes.com/1997-02-...1_mary-vincent |

Re: Two Crushed Nurses
You'd think as nurses they've seen carnage from scooter accidents and would have been extra cautious riding one. Or maybe free ambulance rides were a perk at work... we'll take 2 please with extra morphine... fur fecks ache! |
