sounds like the crappy infrastructure in Brazil, just got crappier. Of note; California, being in the middle of brush fire dangers, have the main utility company, doing rolling forecasted blackouts for 3 days at a time, due to the high winds in order to ease the danger of their lines coming down, and THEIR crappy power company utilities. People in the 100 thousands, are pissed;...but not dead.
