Barreiras The 21 yr old victim was arrested for possession of illegal weapons and ammunitions a few months ago. He is the second death of detainees inside the Barreiras complex this month. |

Sick worthless fucks. South America is the LAST place ( beside the ISIS fucks ) you would want to commit any kind of crime. The prisons are slaughter houses. The slightest infraction could land you in prison and if you don`t have the money to pay the judge off, you`re fucked.
