The tragedy became known on the evening of January 6 from social networks. Eyewitnesses said that a pedestrian was hit by a car at the intersection of Krasnaya and Karasunskaya streets. The footage published from the scene of the accident shows that a covered body is lying on the roadway.... |

Info I came across said the driver was 20 years old and just drove over the guy's body and did not stop, but kept going after he ran him over...  |
