Yeah, I don't think they were unprepared, nor did they "botch" it, imo. I think they fully intended every moment to be agony for this guy. They wanted him to feel each segment of the torture.

Look at his arms. They've put tourniquets on his wrists. They didn't want this guy to bleed out when they chopped off his hands (and before they got to the rest of the torture).

Its hard watching him flail his arms around trying to stop what's happening to him when he's got no hands with which to defend himself.

Literally, the worst video I have ever seen. That was just heart wrenching... I couldn't imagine what was going through his mind and how he was feeling. Sad. No one should go through that unless of course you take a life...
