I say it time and time again. If you're a pedestrian, cyclist, biker, etc. it doesn't matter if you have right of way (looks like they didn't here) if you're hurt, maimed or dead. Always make sure you can cross safely and if you can't see for yourself that they way is clear, it's not. My goodness.  |
