The great thing about my car is that it doesn't look fast, so people do shit like this not expecting my car to be able to get moving so quickly.
Also, slingshotting works really great against these kinds of people; just let off the accelerator till you have a nice big gap, then punch it. Then go around them when you get close. These kind of people suck at judging the speed of things in their mirrors so by the time they realise what you're doing you've already flown past them.
On a semi-related note, my current daily only has lap belts and a non-collapsible steering column, so if some retard or drunk takes me out I'll be sure to have my will state the aftermath pictures must be posted here :D
