Truck with Failed Brakes on Highway Causes 1 Dead, 21 Injured
A truck crushed several cars and caught fire in occupied Sevastopol, Ukraine on the highway. According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 21 people were injured, including 3 children. One person died. The truck's brakes failed.
