Notice how the prison guards make zero effort to intervene. No rubber bullets, no tear gas, no reactionary team. They performed. They performed CPR, which basically pushed whatever blood the victim had remaining in him, to spill out of him.
I wonder if anybody was sued or at the very least lost their job.
